Due to credentialing requirements set forth by the insurance company policies, some of our providers are unable to accept Tricare and Kaiser.

Mindful Connections Mental Health will contact your insurance prior to your first session to determine the status of your benefits and coverage for the services you will be receiving. We ask that all clients also contact their insurance to confirm coverage for services. We are happy to provide you with the information necessary to request this information.

Mindful Connections Mental Health accepts Out of Network benefits with insurance companies it is not credentialed with. Clients utilizing this service will be responsible for paying the full fee out of pocket at the time of service. Mindful Connections Mental Health will submit the claim on the client’s behalf and the insurance will make the determination as to whether reimbursement is allowed. Clients who qualify for reimbursement will be refunded directly by their insurance company in the amount deemed covered by their plan. **Clients should verify with their insurance company, if their plan will cover out of network services.

Please note, clients who currently have Medicaid cannot be charged out of pocket for any reason while they have active coverage for the services provided. Therefore, should a client have coverage in a different region different from CCHA, Mindful Connections will be unable to provide services. For information on how to switch regions, please contact us.
